OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: This is a beautiful, newly renovated house on Grass Lake, connected to the popular
Kashagawigamog chain of 5 lakes and only 3km from the College of Fine Arts and Haliburton Village. It is
approved as an energy efficient building because of the outstanding insulation and ground source
heat/air-conditioning from the lake. Although the property is on a main road, it
offers a rather quiet lake with docks, row boat, canoe and paddle-boat.
There is no sandy beach, but swimming is excellent off dock.
The layout of this house offers great flexibility in accommodating up to 8 people in the upper level,
as it has 4 bedrooms (2 with queen size beds, 1 with double bed, and 1 with a pull out futon couch/bed),
plus living room with Satellite LCD-TV & DVD player, 2 bath rooms (1 with a
shower and 1 with a double whirlpool), 2 decks overlooking the lake, including a screened-in portion.
A spacious dine-in kitchen with new appliances (incl. a dishwasher!) and a laundry room with dryer adds
to your comfort. Another separate apartment on a lower level for one more couple has a queen size bed
and shower bath room with a walk-out patio.
Upper level can be rented separately, or both upper and lower levels together sleeping a maximum of
10 people. 1 set of linen and towels per guest will be provided at no extra cost.

$400 security/damage deposit required.
