beautifully finished. The deep windows at both ends of the long room are reminiscent of the
old stone homes.

The very large Master Bedroom has a narrow board oak ceiling, 2 gorgeous ceiling fans, with light
fixtures, cast a glow on the ceiling. This room originally was used as a ballroom.
2 more Bedrooms upstairs have old slanted ceilings and 2 deep seated windows in each. The old floors
are pine, that have been beautifully refinished. They slope a little, showing the age of this treasure.
The offers 2 full Bathrooms, the lower one has a antique tub with old claw foot iron legs. Plus 1 powder
room is located near the beach walk out.
The Private Sandy and Stone Beach is close to 200 feet wide. It is owned from the waters edge.
Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake offers so much dining, winery tours, theatre, casinos,
and sport fishing. Just over the bridge in Buffalo is a shopping mecca. With more wonderful dining
and art galleries.
