OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: New construction and freshly painted 2 storey spacious 1320 sq. ft. cottage for
your private get-away on a 2 acre island. Just a short boat ride to island #1 on beautiful 9.5 km
Cordova Lake. Enjoy the views from a huge deck overlooking small uninhabited islands and rocky
"Muskoka Like" shores. Swim off the dock or enjoy excellent fishing and marvel at the picturesque
waterfalls and rapids at the south end of the lake (beside your boat launch). Enjoy cocktails on the
large deck and watch the sun disappear behind the trees. Roast marshmallows and tell tales when night
falls around the fire pit. Watch your favourite DVD under the captivating glow of George Kovacs museum
quality sconces. Awaken to the call of the loons, feed the chickadees or be amused by the
chipmunks. The otters and beavers swim by occasionally. Nature and quietude are the order of the day.
