OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: "The Lake House" is a year-round home situated on Baxter Lake, a secluded and private lake at the
top end of Gloucester Pool. Built directly on the water's edge, one has the feeling of living in a boathouse. This home has
3 bedrooms as well as 2 bunkie bedrooms with ensuite. The main house has 1 full bath including tub & shower, and
1 powder room on main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, self-clean oven, convection microwave &
frost free fridge. There is an upper family room on the bedroom level including 42" plasma T.V. with surround sound,
gas fireplace & vaulted ceiling. The main floor features an open living/dining/kitchen and opens up to a screened
Muskoka Room with access to the large rooftop boathouse deck. At the entry, there is a stacked washer/dryer. There is
also a sauna at the dock level. 185' of shoreline including sandy/shallow up to deep water diving.
